Camel's Hump Scenic is located at foothills of the third highest mountain in Vermont known as Camel's Hump. The railroad, started in 2005 was created as a flower garden with a railroad running through it. It includes a back 'n forth trolley line and a single track three hundred foot loop, both track powered. The mainline has ten foot diameter curves and a gradiant of two and a half percent. One of the features is a scratchbuilt replica of the FIsher covered railroad bridge that resides on the former St. Johnsbury and Lamoille County Railroad. Most of the buidings are also scratch built. This year's open house will feature an "Egg Scramble". Attendees are asked to bring along a Aristocraft's Eggliners to create a colorful collection of whimsical egg shaped cars.
